Visited Hakuba in Nagano Pref. which is an international ski resort in Japan. Although here is certainly Japan, you might feel as if you get into another world once you arrive there. Since it became famous as the place where Winter Olympics was held in 1998 ,there’re so many foreign visitors here and there, especially Australians. I guess it’d be easy for them to keep up with local time because there’s little time difference between Japan and Australia. As it’s relatively closer to Tokyo, only 2hours train ride, its easy access is one of the reasons which bring them there. Another reason is definitely the quality of snow. Almost powder ! Less strain on legs and hips, so you can ski smoothly and feel like a professional skyer ! Please well prepared for coming. The temperature is always negative and the roads are covered with heavy snow during winter. Once you’re there, you can enjoy the Japan Alps to the fullest !
