What do you think of when you hear of spring in Japan ? Many of you might say, “It’s Cherry blossoms ! ” We have so many kinds of cherry blossoms, and most major ones are called ” Somei Yoshino” in Japanese characterized light pink. They normally start to come out in the middle of March. We can enjoy watching them for approximately 2-3 weeks. So not yet. Early blooming cherry blossoms, however, already can be seen. The combination of other spring flowers is beautiful, which makes us feel spring has come.
